Applications on
plain paper from the citizens of India are invited for one post of
Superintending Hospital Engineer on deputation basis
in the pay
scale of Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700
having following
qualifications/experience:
Officers under the
Central/State Government/autonomous Organization/Public Sector under
takings who should hold
(a) analogous post on
regular basis OR (b) in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with
grade pay of Rs.7600/- or equivalent with 5 years Service OR (c) in the
posts in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs.6600/- or
Equivalent with 9 years regular service and possessing:
1. Degree in
Civil/Electrical Engineering and
2. 12 years of
professional experience out of which at least 5 years
should be in
Project Management.
The Feeder grade officers
of PGIMER, Chandigarh in the grade of Executive Engineer
(Civil/Electrical) with 9 years service in the scale of Rs.15600-39100
with grade pay of Rs.6600/- and possessing degree in engineering will be
considered alongwith outsiders and if he is selected his appointment will
be treated on promotion
The basic
requirement in the PGIMER relates to the construction of buildings,
maintenance and operation of services and as such preference would be only
for such officers who could handle such works independently. The
experience to work with the officers of other disciplines, coordination
and supervisory ability in both at administration and professional level
will be an additional requirement.
The application
duly filled in by the applicant may be sent to the Director, PGIMER,
Sector-12, Chandigarh through the Head of the
Department/Institution/Organization by 02-04-2012 along with
their ACRs for the last five years and a certificate to the effect that no
departmental/disciplinary proceedings are pending/being contemplated
against the officer. In order to avoid delay in submission of
applications, the candidates are advised to send an advance copy of
application directly.
Incomplete
applications and the applications received after the due date will be
summarily rejected.
