Facilities available

Under the on going Hospital Computerization project the Computer training Lab. set up in March 2004 on the sixth floor, Research Block 'B'. The lab. is equipped with twenty five Pentium IV computers. The training is compulsory for all faculty and non faculty members of the Institute. The training is imparted by all the Computer Services Cell staff members only,  in two batches: morning from 11.00am to 1.00pm and in evening from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

After the completion of level I: Basic awareness of computers training  covering the topics like computer fundamentals, networking concepts, Internet, email and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the level II training of Hospital Information Software module  will be given to all staff members of the Institute.

Internet, Email facility for the employees of the Institute is available on the BSNL dataone broadband installed in the Computer Services Cell, III floor , Kairon Block, PGI.
